Flavor is our only concern, so everything from 404 Bakery is created with the finest ingredients sourced from the best suppliers around the world. Every ingredient that we use has been selected for the best result after hundreds of tests and trials, and we make sure every customer knows from which brand and country they come from. All cakes are guaranteed 100% natural without artificial and synthetic addictives.
As a two-person bakery, we also believe in the magic of artisanal craftmanship. We therefore insist making each and every cake from scratch and by hand. To maintain quality and freshness, all cakes are baked to orders the day before and we always set a daily limit on our production volume (20 cakes per day for the time being). If you ever wonder why our cakes are not sweet but still bursting with flavors, that's simply because no extra sugar has to be added as preservatives, unlike what many of our peers do.
