A mashup between the Spanish classic and Japanese techniques, a secret blend of soft cheese, and a dreamy texture that is second to none.
Taller, creamier, and richer than any Basque cheesecakes in the city, our take on this Spanish classic is inspired by the unique mixing technique of Japanese soufflé cheesecake and the use of cornstarch to create the creamiest and most decadent cheesecake ever.
Mixed in with our secret blend of exclusive soft cheese, the cake batter is first baked at over 250°C, then rested at 85°C, resulting in a deeply caramelized exterior and an unbelievably creamy interior. Sweet, savoury and cheesy, this is the most sumptuous and luxuriantly satisfying cheesecake experience you can imagine.
Every cake comes with a small pot of homemade four-berry compote and crunchy Biscoff crumbs, optional to serve with. This cake is also gluten-free.

Keep in ziplock bag, airtight container or a tray wrapped with layers of cling film - Freezer (1 month):
Wrap the cake in layers of cling film, put inside a ziplock bag then keep in an airtight container; thaw for 48 hours in fridge before served. Please note that moisture may appear when the cake is thawing and may slightly affect the cake's texture so we recommend finishing the cake within 3 days of time if possible.

Cake comes with a cake board, a cake box and a paper bag. Berry compote and Biscoff crumbs are stored in plastic pots with lids.
