Made with Marukyu Koyamaen Grade A Hojicha Powder (丸久小山園 ほうじ茶パウダー A), one of the finest hojicha available today.

Founded in 1704, Marukyu Koyamaen has long been regarded as one of Japan’s best tea producers. Within its hojicha range, Grade A represents the highest level of selection. The result is a hojicha cake with exceptional tea flavour, warm and toasty notes, gentle sweetness, and a custardy richness.

To complement its depth, we finish the cake with a touch of Chantilly cream and cooked chestnut, adding softness and earthiness without overpowering the tea.
